Our Contract:

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email (Receipt) from us. Your order is an offer to us to buy the product(s) in your order. The order confirmation email is an acknowledgment that we have received your order. When the product is dispatched to you and an e-mail confirmation is sent to you that the product has been dispatched to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation Email"). If your order is dispatched in more than one package, you may receive a separate Dispatch Confirmation Email for each package, and each Dispatch Confirmation E-mail and corresponding dispatch will conclude a separate contract of sale between you and us for the product(s) specified in that Dispatch Confirmation Email. Your contract is with us (the Sellers) and you confirm that the product(s) ordered by you are purchased for your internal/personal purpose and not for resale. You authorize us to declare and provide the declaration to any governmental authority on your behalf stating the aforesaid purpose of the products ordered by you on the website. You can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before we send the Dispatch Confirmation Email relating to that product.

CANCELLATION: You may make a request for cancellation of the order placed for a Product any time within 24-hours from the allotted date of delivery. If you do not wish to receive the order delivered, you may email Happywalk.in at contact.happywalk@gmail.com and cancel your order. We will initiate your refund after we have confirmation on the order cancelled by you.

 

EXCHANGE : You may exchange the shoes in an unworn condition if you have any size issues , looking for a different shoe style or don't like the colour for any reason.. 

FOR EXCHANGE, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 10 DAYS OF DELIVERY TO RECEIVE AN EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION.

 

RETURN: You may return the Product in an unworn condition with the packaging intact not later than Ten (10) days from the date of delivery of the order if the Product does not fit you or for any other reason that you may describe while making a request for a return of the Product. If the product is returned after Ten (10) days which is Happywalk.in’s standard return period or the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging, Happywalk.in will be unable to honor a refund for the merchandise and the decision of happywalk.in shall be final. No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 10 days from the time of delivery of the Product.

Force Majeure:

You agree that Happywalk.in shall not be responsible for any failure or delays to fulfil any obligation under these Terms, for so long as, and to the extent to which, the fulfilment of such obligation is impeded by a force majeure event, which shall mean to include, but not limited to, an event which is beyond the control of Happywalk.in; Act of God; traffic; unavailability of Product. However, all reasonable efforts and precautions shall be undertaken by Happywalk.in to supervene and subside any such event and perform the obligations as per the Terms.
