What are the delivery charges?
Happywalk.in understands all your needs and emotions well. Hence, we offer you free shipping, wherever you live in India. Happywalk.in incurs relatively higher shipping costs on low-value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistics costs. However, additional charges will be applicable under the following circumstances:
DELIVERY CHARGES:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Orders below INR 500/- : Charges INR 120 (INR 70 shipping per item and INR 50 COD) shall be applicable.
Orders above INR 500/- : COD charges of INR 50/- shall be applicable.
Prepaid
Orders below INR 500/- : Shipping Charges INR 70 per item shall be applicable.
Orders above INR 500/- : Free Shipping
RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES:
If you're returning an item that was damaged/ defective or due an error on the Happywalk.in's part, you can request Happywalk.in to reimburse the return shipping charges you incurred. In such cases, Happywalk.in might ask you to provide the courier receipt.
If you return an item because you no longer need it, the seller is not required to refund the return shipping costs.
NOTE:
For items Fulfilled by Happywalk.in, return shipping costs of up to Rs. 60 will be refunded. The cost of gift-wrapping will not be refunded, if any. All such refunds will be issued through Cheques/RTGS/NEFT.
If you incur return shipping charges over Rs.60 for returning large and heavy items, you can contact us for an additional refund.
For refund of such additional charges, proof of payment, like a courier receipt needs to be submitted which will be decided at the sole description at Happywalk.in.
Users may be required to pay an additional fee for return shipping. Please refer to 4.17 on the return and refunds policy for more clarification.
What is the estimated delivery time?
To all our customer's inner soul's delight, we will deliver the product in 2 to 7 days in india.
Happywalk.in generally ship the Product within 2 business days from we received your order. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi, etc) on items sold by Sellers on Happywalk.in?
There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on Happywalk.in. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay. Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the Seller's shipping policy.
Happywalk.in does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?
Service to your locations depends on the following factors:
Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
The availability of reliable courier partners in your location
Why is the COD (Cash On Delivery) option not offered in my location?
COD facility depends on the following factors:
Your order value might have exceeded the limit.
The ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment.
Maybe some reasons like state government rules.
I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return. In some cases, you should have to ship the product manually to the respective seller’s address. Shipping charges for manual shipping by a customer will be refunded.

Does Happywalk.in deliver internationally?
No, But you will be able to make purchases from all over the world only if the delivery address is based in India.
